Subprocessors
The third parties we rely on to run Soarcery, and what each one does.
To provide and secure the Service, Soarcery, Inc. uses a small set of trusted subprocessors. Each is bound by contract to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and is used only for the purpose described. This page covers the providers that may process personal data or Customer Data; it does not list every routine business tool.
Infrastructure and operations
| Provider | Purpose | Region |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Cloud hosting, databases, and email handling for the platform | United States |
| Cloudflare | DNS, content delivery, marketing-site hosting, and security | United States / global edge |
| Clerk | Authentication and user management for the platform | United States |
| Google (Workspace) | Business email and productivity; web fonts on this site | United States |
| Slack (Salesforce) | Internal routing of demo and contact requests | United States |
| Anthropic | Large language model used for agent reasoning | United States |
Threat intelligence and enrichment
The platform produces its multi-engine verdict spread using a set of detection, reputation, and enrichment providers. Because these providers are commercially sensitive and engagement-specific, the current list is disclosed to customers under their agreement rather than published here. These providers receive only the indicators required to return a verdict, which may include limited personal data such as IP or email addresses, and not your broader Customer Data. This processing is governed by your data processing addendum.
How we manage changes
We review our subprocessors and add new ones only when needed to operate or improve the Service. Customers under contract may request advance notice of new subprocessors and the current full list by emailing privacy@soarcery.ai.
